1. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 10am- 5pm excluding holidays and weekends.

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before shipping. for Bundles and wigs that were in stock and ready to ship.
- Bundles that were not in stock will be pre-ordered please allow 7-10business days before processing & shipping
- Please allow 10-45 minutes to be able to download digital products.
- Please Allow custom wigs 7-14 business days to ship.
- instore pick up is an option for some products not all

Orders placed after 2:00 PM [EST] are to be processed the next business day. Unless pre-ordered or custom orders
- Expedited shipping is not available for all orders . If it does not give option at check out it is not available
